Introducing Japanese Fluffy Cakes to the Swiss Market

SoFluffy was created to introduce Japanese-style fluffy cakes to the Swiss market — a dessert concept that had not yet been explored locally.

More than simply a bakery, the brand was conceived as a community-driven confectionery brand that blends gastronomy, culture, and social responsibility.

The brand aims to:

  • offer high-quality signature fluffy cakes

  • experiment with seasonal flavors

  • host culinary workshops

  • build a community around desserts and creativity

At the heart of the concept lies an important mission: empowering women who have experienced abuse by creating employment and training opportunities.

This social dimension became a fundamental pillar in the branding strategy and brand positioning.
